Cleanbarks custom Sorghum Malt Extract is popular in gluten free as well as non-alcoholic beer production. Cleanbarks custom Sorghum malt extracts are rich in flavour and aroma, perform extremely well in building maltose in the worts and highly functional in all aspects of brewing such as concentrating worts, increasing gravities, body and head retention. We have sorghum extracts with over 80% fermentability. Cleanbarks Sorghum Malt Extract high maltose is gluten free, non-GMO, hypoallergenic and is a 1:1 substitute for LME for 100% brewing extract to produce gluten free beer. Our sorghum malt extract has a flavour and aroma which is exceptionally unique and superior when producing gluten free beer.

Lactisole is the sodium slat of 2-(4-methxyphenoxy)-propionic acid, which naturally present in columbian Arabica Coffee Beans.
Lactisole has widely been used to improve taste in foods such as jellies, jams, and preserved fruit products containing large amounts of sugar. By adding lactisole in those products, it allows fruit flavours to come through dule to the suppressing of sugar's sweetness.
