Brown Rice Syrup provides binding, promotes browning, finer browning on crust and crumb, improves mouthfeel & texture, prevents ice crystal formation, acids chewiness, and enables low-tack coatings.

Brown Rice Syrup is used as a binding agent, enhances color & flavour, whilst extending shelf life. A natural preservative, it also allows for fewer additives on the nutritional label.
